Don't want to cheat the far right out of their hared-earned Amurican dollars.
Can you spell "think ahead", "worst case scenario", be prepared and p-r-e-v-e-n-t-i-o-n?
Btw, how much did Trump give away as a tax deal to his buddies?
Socialism for the rich? What did it do to our deficit?
CBO projected that the tax cut will add $1.9 trillion to deficits over 10 years, even after accounting for any growth effects.
So hey, 660 million ain't bupkis to help prevent possible additional death and misery. Maybe we should have FURTHER armed the protestors trying to open up states with lock downs they were pissed about? Why not spend that 660 million on tanks, bazookas and more ammo, so they could do their armed marching in style?

Did you see all the total waste in the House bill?
btw, Trump SIGNED a bill approved by both houses......just so you know.
And mitigation will not prevent the virus, it will delay it.

it is better to be over prepared than swamped and surprised, although a year ago would have been nice.

We didn't need them this year, why would we have needed them last year?

Certainly not.
Getting the system running efficiently and giving all citizens a fair shake.
