"Start" "Run" type in "Msconfig" hit enter
When the "system configuration utility" opens
click the "startup" tab at the top right.
you will get a list of stuff that is starting at boot.
look for any java related stuff. Uncheck it.....or turn them all off and see if it goes away. If the error goes away with all turned off.........then you know it is one of the items in startup. Start turning them back on until the error comes back. Process of elimination. You probably will be able to figure it out just from the names.............and not have to turn all off. There are other possibilities ..........but try "startup" first.
