Temporary standard for making vaccinations mandatory in the workplace. This will be stopped in federal courts.

what happened to the $700K fine? now it is only $14K and doesn't start until Jan 4. Also talks on making smaller employers do the same next year.

Yes. I'll post the link. What's funny as hell for us safety experts is the Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) states, "The ETS is effective immediately upon its publication in the Federal Register. Employers must comply with most requirements within 30 days of publication and with testing requirements within 60 days of publication."
So, a delay which is a political stunt. The WH knows that this will be stopped but will turn it into:
1. POTUS stood up to save Americans
2. OSHA removed the temporary standard due to the lowering of the infectious rates.
Either way they are full of shit.

Mandates are INSANE!! We don't have a King that can make such decisions on the behalf of his/her citizenry. Thank God!! In every single instance the junk being thrust upon us as the citizens of this country is completely unconstitutional. Each and every lawsuit filed will be ultimately won by the claimant(s). What an unfortunate and intentionally sad state of affairs our country currently finds itself.

I won a bet on an appeal of a prior decision by Edith Jones. I was fairly certain she would be reversed, and she was, in an 8-1 decision.
