As noted above, it's Anthony "The Big A" Stabile - who is the regular partner to Andy Serling on NYRA's Talking Horses. Son of a trainer/ex-jockey agent/etc. who is also named Anthony, running mostly at Presque Isle. Young Anthony formerly was a handicapper for the NY Post (among other things HE's done).
"The Big A" also works for HRRN (Horse Racing Radio Network), handling co-hosting duties on their Race Day shows from 3-6 PM ET Wednesday-Friday, the BRISnet Call-In Show Thursday evenings from 6-7 PM ET, and the Weekend Stakes Preview on Fridays 6-7 PM ET. He's a good listen there. The combination of his growing up at the track and his newspaper background has led to his being one of the better interviewers in horse racing (not just going through what seems like a pre-set list of questions, but asking followups based on the answers he gets).
He also occasionally fills in for Mike Penna on HRRN's Equine Forum Saturdays from 8-10 AM ET. There's been a lot of love for retired Parx announcer Keith Jones on this forum, and the January 2nd Equine Forum includes a segment with Stabile interviewing Jones. Interesting track announcer-to-announcer perspective:

Imbriale is on a short vacation now, and will be again later this winter, with Stabile scheduled to fill in.
(I'm guessing the previous poster's "Stabile" would have been enough, but based on my own positive experiences with this wonderful horse racing ambassador, wanted to provide a little more background.)
