For this thread, 660 races were reviewed for possible bets.
There were 113 races where a single horse qualified for a play.
60 of them won returning $0.99 on the dollar
85 placed returning $1.01 on the dollar
There were 92 races where two horses were possible plays.
The system was able to select 1 of those two for a bet
44 of them won returning $1.04 on the dollar
68 placed returning $1.05 on the dollar.
There were 70 races where no horse fully qualified for a play.
A win bet on each of those horses returned less than 60 cents on the dollar
The variation in final post time odds was somewhat small to the extent that most evey horse was the favorite.
Not every play was posted to PA.
