Agree, but putting the minutes ahead of the track makes it harder to tell which one it is. Colors huge improvement.

Looking at it all day, I really like it. Especially the odds - crisp, clean, easy on the old eyes even across the room.
But then, I was a rocker in the 80s!

I still wish they would use the WHOLE screen. And showing a post parade of maiden claimers while a grade one race is running needs to stop.

They have to show Gulfstream no matter what I believe. I agree, it is brutal and needs to stop, but explains why...

Agree
In addition, TVG advertising is appears to be going slower and more often on
the new graphics.

Can someone explain to me why they are the ONLY sports channel on DTV that doesn't broadcast in HD ? Can't imagine it's the DTV pipe. Is there a cost that TVG doesn't want to absorb?

Zero competition, but you can get a Roku, FireStick, or something of the like and get it in HD.
Absurd for a sport like horse racing to not be in HD with decade old technology. Then again, we can't time a race right, so who is surprised?
Graphics are decent. I could give 2 shits as long as my selection shows up on top.

I don't imagine a lot of the track feeds they pick up (majors excluded) are in HD. That's on the racetracks to upgrade.
Also, I like the new graphics.

HD would be nice when you have to rely on only a half screen visual with no announcer because the two Mr. Potato Head announcers are talking about a 1981 Sports Illustrated magazine while Laurel has a a LIVE race going on and they are ignoring it.
Who said the 3 stooges are dead?

I count 23 majors here - that should be enough justification:

Happy the new graphics worked for you. Blind me can not read anything anymore. Just shut the stations off and watched from my computer

TVG broadcasts in HD if you use a streaming device, such as Roku, or Firestick, which are inexpensive to purchase. However, not all of the races are in HD, only the ones from tracks that broadcast in HD. Some tracks, like Parx, have not installed the high definition cameras. The New York and So. Cal tracks are in high definition.
