Black leadership isn't taking a number, they were on this from the get go. With their pressure on Nancy to shitcan his ass pronto, he's gone pretty quick. The guy is on an island right now.
As for "how does this get passed up and just now found" I bet there's a lot of embarrassing shit on a lot of people prior to the Internet days. Not that easy to find. But this? That's a helluva skeleton to have in a closet. Like I said, He should have come clean from the get go and explain it. If he didn't have an explanation that was half way acceptable (and I don't know what that would be) then this is on him. You can hide dirt for a while but not forever.

You hire firms to do Opposition Research. Looking at something as simple as yearbooks and graduation stuff (hell to just verify it actually happened) you think would be SOP.
Its amazing this golden egg hasn't been uncovered until now.
As far as Northam I find it disturbing that your life can be ruined in a mere matter of hours in the day of social media. I'm not defending him... but its alarming.
As far as big names not calling for his resignation... while typing this its been reported both Bernie and Biden have called for his resignation.

The dems are aborting the weaker in their ranks to shore up some credibility for 2020. If they didn't dump on this guy, TRUMP or others would use it as a tool against them.
CNN is biased and liars, but they are not stupid. Most of them, anyways.

I suspect that the info came from someone going to school the same time he was there and had a yearbook. They remembered it but did not care until he was in the press last week pushing late term abortion (infanticide). Some doctors follow the original Greek Hippocratic oath.
