If this is indeed a scam, which seems likely, the woman should be appropriately prosecuted. But this should not be used as an excuse to ignore the millions who are legitimately in danger of losing their homes.

You are so correct. I should keep paying the taxes, and insurance and utilities, maintaining the property, while deadbeats like this get more 3x the income from the government than I make off the property in a year. And I should do this as long as the CDC decides it should be done. Even though the CDC has NO authority to do this. But, of course, idiots think this because they are not the ones paying for the deadbeats.

Exactly, why can't these people pay their rent when most are getting stimulus checks, state unemployment, federal unemployment, plus extra child credit payments? A lot of people in lower end jobs are making a lot more not working than they did working. That is a major contributing factor to a lot of supply chain issues, no one wants to work and take a pay cut.
