we certainly live in a very weird world. when Trump was president, the smugglers charged the illegals $500 a head to get them through the border. today i am told they are having trouble finding smugglers that will do their job for $10,000. Biden got rid of the crooked border agents.
once these guys get into the country, the illegals have to pay the smugglers rent to stick around. if they miss their rent payments, nasty things happen.
so when we take a look at how the pot and sports gambling have evolved from illegal to legal with plenty of revenue being derived from it. why not tighten up the border, charge these people $10,000 to get in and make them pay double taxes for the first 10 years they live in this country and cut it back to half that after the 10 years for the remainder of their lives? if they don't produce the money, they get booted out.

I have no problem with what I call Kennedy as in JFK democrats. It is the so called progressive woke kind that I cannot stand. You know the ones that believe in DEI, constantly bad mouth white people, say we live on stolen land, you should never question a black person on their claims, believe a dude in a dress is a woman and should be allowed to compete against them in athletics, etc,etc.
