Why is Marvin Harrison the top of the receiver list in Heisman odds? Malik Nabers is the NCAA leader in yards and watching LSU yesterday to critique Jayden Daniels, I see another reason why he has a nice set up. Nabers caught two 50-50 balls for TDs. The defender was all over him both times.
I wonder if the family name is helping Harrison? Of his 6 catches 3 were 50-50 balls.

Bo Nix definitely does not deserve a Heisman after being thoroughly out played by Michael Penix. I would say Penix had two negative plays, Nix a half dozen plus, he was throwing to his first read all night whether open or not. Tough that Daniels is not playing this week.

I wish Jayden Daniels had another game before the award. I am still shocked at what I saw out of Bo Nix yesterday, that had to do some serious damage to his draft stock. As much as Bo Nix killed his, Michael Penix raised his draft stock, he threw some nice balls, while under duress.

Penix, Nix and Daniels had great seasons. The award is for the best player in college football. It seems clear to me that Daniels is the guy. Washington had the better season, and Nix put up some great numbers on a very good Oregon team, but Daniels was simply amazing.

All the talking heads have Caleb Williams going #1, I doubt he will live up to the billing in the NFL.

How many do they invite to New York. just 4? That back from Missouri deserves some kind of post-season love.
All is proceeding as I have foreseen.

It all depends on the organization and coach that gets him.
