Joe, you must of had both Derby winners with Bailey as he rode Grindstone in 1996 with Cavonnier 2nd, Sea hero was also ridden by Bailey in '93 with Prairie Bayou 2nd:

Right enough! It was Grindstone.Had Jerry on Sea Hero as well.
I believe it was on Sea Hero that he made that brilliant move from the outside to weave his way through the pack on the turn.
Sorry for Chris McCarron on Cavonnier as well.He was another favourite.
Whatever happened to his jockey school?
I think his son or his nephew was a promising jock also.
Anyway;I loved Jerry Bailey;always gave you that confidence.
Pat Day as well deserves a mention;especially in the big races when it mattered.
