The video was posted w out any commentary relating to the race of the guy on the ground, the cops around him, or what the bystanders in the video said. You took it there first...

When the suspects are gang members exchanging gun-fire back and forth...then the Chicago cops play a "subdued" role because they are scared shitless to take a more active stance. But when it's a case like this one here, where the suspect is unarmed and accused of FORGERY...then the cops like to get physical and flex their muscle. Did you know that these four cops reported that the dead man "physically resisted the officers"...a charge that was rejected once the phone video showed up?
If shit like this still goes on even in today's phone-camera age...I cringe at the thought of what cops must have been able to get away with in years past.

The race relations, abuse of power, merry-go-round
raises it's ugly head once again. When will it stop?
Answer: it won't.
Unless something new and radical is initiated.
Start with kids in elementary schools.
Make it compulsory for their parents/guardian to attend
the structured sessions. Otherwise, the kids flunk.
Kids aren't racists - until their parents plant the seeds.

The video was posted because it's a national news story of a cop coldly and determinedly murdering a helpless man as a group of people (who know if they try and interfere, will be shot) plead with the cop to stop what he's doing.
It's absolutely insane.
