They're igniting a civil war with the mandate

OSHA came out with the rule today.

I don't think it stands BUT if it does...

Requiring unvaccinated employees to wear masks will only further aid division and create fights within workplaces.

Think of retail environments. The customers will see SCARY UNVACCINATED employees. And retaliate against the retailer and supposed valuable FRONTLINE WORKERS (

By the way speaking of FRONT LINE WORKERS remember how in 2020 they were praised? Now thrown to curb are the Frontline workers who likely have natural immunity due to being exposed so much...

Its all manufactured garbage. I wish for a better world.

I was on an email blast on this today

It looks like they have drawn a line on franchises.

Treating each separately. I have 50 employees so I skated.

I was planning to close if they forced it on me

Some Good News out of the 5th Circuit Appeals Court

Federal Court Blocks Biden Administration’s Private Business COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate

A federal appeals court on Saturday blocked the Biden administration’s private employer COVID-19 vaccine mandate, asserting there may be constitutional issues with the requirement.

“Because the petitions give cause to believe there are grave statutory and constitutional issues with the mandate, the mandate is hereby STAYED pending further action by this court,” a panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit said in the brief order.

The halt of the mandate, which was unveiled this week, is temporary as the case moves forward.

"Constitutional issues", the court says! Ya think!?

Good. Now everybody can see if this "Administration" REALLY wants to play Hardball with the Citizens of this Country.

No surprise. The Court consists of a Reagan appointee, A George W. bush appointee and a Trump appointee.

The mandate says 100 employees. Why would it affect your business of 50 employees?

What I think is incredibly selfish is your threat to close if they forced it on you. Which means fifty people would be out of work, because a smaller number refused to get vaccinated.Fall on your sword if you want, but don’t impale fifty other people before you do.

Further PROVING you have never signed the front of a Paycheck in your Life. Ralph didn't take the risk of starting/maintaining a business as a Charity.

Ralph has a LONG list of Charitable deeds he has done here...and continues to do. For you to say this about him shows just how much of a Lowlife you are.

Why don’t you at least try to post a sensible comment.

If you were in charge no one would be allowed to leave their house unless they were vaccinated.

I know you think that’s some incredible insult. A lot more people never owned a business than did. I am not at all ashamed of working for the money I earned. I would be ashamed as hell if I was you.

I don’t know how to respond to your comment about Ralph not starting his business as a charity. What the blank does that mean?

Here's what the "blank" it means. He would obviously not keep said business open if it were not advantageous to him. He would not close it if it were. The reason he would close it is in plain sight for anybody sensible.

And as far as you going after me...that is a laugh. I will put my work history up against yours anytime you want. In various threads I have chronicled the many things I have worked at...and experienced. I served my Country for 8 years (voluntarily...in no way forced or coerced). 1 year and 10 months in unaccompanied Overseas Duty...10 months of that in a Combat Zone. What have you done in support of your Country???

People Like you HATE People like me because I love and support (during the Prime years of my Life) this Country. You hate the fact that People contribute to the very thing you detest. During my time in the Service we had a term for Lowlifes like you. You were referred to as a "Pogue". Unable or unwilling to contribute. "Pogues" were ALWAYS telling somebody else what they needed to be doing...because you couldn't...or wouldn't. People like you NEED people like us...while hating us at the same time. This is why I call you a Lowlife. That...and the fact that you are completely comfortable with it.

I said it...and I MEAN it. If I get in trouble with the Moderators here...so be it. I will respect that and deal with it. My solace comes in knowing I am not a Limpd**k like you.
