Right at the end, some dude in a reflective yellow caution vest jumps in front of the camera and starts yelling stuff. Was he some sort of PETA/Animal Rights protester? I couldn't quite make out what he was saying...

Supposedly was an activist from the same organization that disrupted racing at Golden Gate Fields earlier this year with the Sleeping Dragon technique.

How he made it into the winner's circle ceremony I'll never know. Dressed like he was a parking attendant. Did he tell security he was dropping off a set of keys?
