It's a cringe, take your best shot and then retire if you go for it IMO.

He was going to be running as a 4 year old. They were looking at running in Saudi Arabia and Dubai and then throughout the year.

Seriously? These are people who want to end the sport.
The guy wants to end horse racing but owns a pizza shop where they load pizza's up with sausage and pepperoni because he is a hypocrite.

Thanks. Tough road IMO. Takes a rare horse to sustain it. Sorry for the owner and everyone involved.

yea...i dont see that. Not sure what kind of different place you mean but racings problems far exceed one individual. If they ban him will we make it to that different place?
They need to rule these drug issues with a iron fist, that would start to make a difference.

Ton of credit would be taking a stand before its the universal consensus.

David and I never ducked the subject on our podcasts. I was probably a bit harder earlier on, but that is just my personality while David is more laid back. But he certainly wasn't pro-Bob or anything. Given what happened today, nothing wrong with him amping it up a bit.

I'm a little surprised nobody has mentioned that NYRA has been way ahead of the curve on this.

I gave NYRA a lot of credit in the other thread on it. You guys have been fighting Baffert in court to try and make a ban stick.

According to CHRB data base Baffert only has 2 fatalities over the past 2 years, 2020-2021.
I am not defending him, just providing the list.

R.I.P. Medina Spirit. You were strong, beautiful and one tough horse to deal with on the oval due to your perpetual determination.
