Speaking of the job scene.
I was eyeballing one of the two local In-N-Out Burger's in my hood.
Big sign in the front window.
Help Wanted:
Starting pay......$19.00 per hour.

Love it. When I was about 17 I worked a summer in the K-mart garden center. Half way thru our afternoon closing shift we would tell the sandwich kid what to make us (about 4-5 of us on shift) to buy on blue light special at closing. It was great. Big ass sub sandwiches for a 1.25 and we would buy a couple a piece and pick up a few buddies or galfriends and go parking and eat sub sandwiches until 1-2 in the morning. There may or may not have been some 3.2 beers passed around with those sandwiches.

Great post, brought back a great memory

Drive thru businesses have benefitted big time from the pandemic. People are still using them as a habit was born out of the restaurant closures.

They can probably afford it.

LOL that's a neat trick - Biden gets slammed here when jobs numbers fall short, and then when they exceed expectations, well then they're not real jobs added

Whether they're new jobs or old jobs, it's payroll positions on the rise, and that's a good thing.

Payroll positions would sky rocket without Biden keeping us in a strangle hold with his decisions, that is factual. Shows how bad he really is when you hang your hat on something that is good that would be great if he just got out of the way.
