Corruption doesn't surprise me but the widespread corruption in the media, internet, intelligence, politics, military, etc., it's actually kind of shocking how corrupt this country actually is. You can't even trust the scientists. Everything is partisan.

Is there really more corruption these days...or was the corruption always there but it went largely unnoticed? I think it's the latter.
