Well they broke into the country and got rewarded... so breaking into someone's home taking it is a given.... especially with all the recent coverage of owners being arrested and leaving the criminals alone.

There was a news segment yesterday about a woman in New York who's mother passed away and she was trying to sell the house. Squatters had moved in and changed the locks. There's some law in New York that if the squatters are in there for 30 days without being evicted it is difficult to get them out. She showed up at the house about a month later and changed the locks. Two people pushed their way back in. One person was arrested. And the woman, who had title to the property, was arrested because she changed the locks. This is bizarro world!

No shit. Imagine a break-in where the home owners are home. The homeowners are now forever hopeless. They'll likely be armed, kill an invader, and spend the rest of their lives either in prison or defending themselves in legal limbo.
Vigilantism or the Nat. Guard could be effective, but will never happen. This class of people have more rights and gifts than you or I will ever see.
Just to think, there's approx. 4 million of them known to be here. No telling the total including those never seen. Sounds like they're beginning to organize. That's not good at all.

These laws are the stupidest ever.
TOTALLY goes against the contstitution.
This is home invasion, a real threat.
THIS is why we have the 2nd ammendment. USE IT!

I don't own a firearm . Pretty sure we're the only home in the neighborhood without one. But there are very few home invasion cases here involving bad intentions. People here will kill you for trying.
I do have an 80# German shepherd that will shred anyone that crosses our backyard gate. He has dog doors accessible to the house.
When I have to put Sam down I'll get a firearm. Until then no need.

Because of Bidenomics and the inflation production new green deal, there will be more bank owned properties every month. These frequently sit open for months and will be prime targets for squatters.

Not a bad point……sounds like Sam is a badass, but living in Texas I pretty sure he’ll have access to a gun if he needs one….no matter what the rest of the country does

If all homeowners had what you have there wouldn't be a problem with break-ins.
Its hard to convict a dog of assault or even better, murder.
These homewreckers should be enemy #1!
