It turns out that you actually can’t run the country all by yourself, even if you’re the smartest fellow in the room. That’s proving quite a shock to our legacy-hungry commander in chief, who is responding to various setbacks with increasing indignation and hauteur. But, never, ever, moderation.

As I predicted Obama's support is collapsing even in the hallowed circles of journalism and left wing cocktail parties. He is rivaling Bush in approval numbers and I stand by my prediction that he will be below Bush by the time he leaves office.

There are several threads that have referred to multiple issues that show his support dropping. So, I decided to inaugurate a thread where over the next three years, the downfall of this phoney can be reported, recorded, discussed and followed in the proper manner befitting a man who was going to make oceans recede.

Let's start here with a small poll of who I am sure will be ridiculed beyond imagination. It's just a start mind you.......

And his overall ratings are bolstered by increasingly positive reviews of his treatment of race relations and the economy ... Cappy, I don't get it. You claim a 50% approval, yet post a graph at 46.5% approval and a greater disapproval. Regardless, it appears approval and disapproval numbers are stuck in concrete and won't change between here and the merciful end to this waste of 8 years.

That 50% seemingly could care less that the mountain of debt that he's created will be Obama's Legacy for their grand-children to carry.

This is right. He's getting more and more endearing the less people see of him and hear from him unless it's a tweet or a selfie with someone almost as cool as he.

The only other explanation being that the 25% of the country that is hardcore GOP megafanboy material finally caved and welcomed him to the family with the trade deal negotiations.

That last number is the most telling. If 61% feel like the country is heading in the wrong direction, how the hell could he have a 50% approval rating? Oh, wait, I forgot, they're still blaming it on Bush.


The latest figures include 26% who Strongly Approve of the way Obama is performing as president and 40% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a Presidential Approval Index rating of -14.
