MODERN PACE HANDICAPPING FIGURES
I have the original copy of the book but I've read that in his latest version of the book, he converted his ratings into a QUIRIN style figures.
Can anyone here provide me with a printed/scanned copy of the methodology he used in converting his fps ratings into a QUIRIN style figure?
