Well...if we are to believe the dimwits the vast majority of "brown and black people" (or so it seems) are waking around without I.D.s and don't have the first clue on how to get one. I cannot believe how people eat that baloney up. Some people can't seem to get it through their head around 330 million people live in the USA, so these hate groups and or incidents of racism of which the media covers all of them are a very small fraction of the population.
