I know Adam personally. He's a good handicapper and plays in some live contests as well, as does his brother. He completely understands the relationship between breakage and churn. He is also pushing to get sports betting in Kentucky. He is a great advocate for the sport.

That would be nice if they can get it through. If they get it through anywhere, I imagine Kentucky would have one of the best shots. If so, I hope others follow. Breakage has always been was of my top pet peeves with racing.

With the purse being given away in Kentucky, penny breakage should be a no brainer. We'll see though...
