Rosario cleared.
Leading jockey Joel Rosario has been cleared of charges that he failed to put forth his best effort in a turf race at Del Mar in September.

cleared
Good to see that they have common sense, based on the replays there was no way you could penalize Rosario for this ride. Rosario is not only one of the sport's top riders, but he certainly appears to be going all out to win every race.

180 posts about Joel "stiffing" a horse. 2 when he's cleared. Why am I not surprised?

In fairness many posts, in the other thread, said the charges against Rosario were ridiculous.
I personally am pleased by the findings. And I forgive Rosario for losing on Lady Adelle!

There isn't much to the article. The only thing that even drew the attention of anyone in the first place was you trying to become horse broker after the race.

It wasn't about JOELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL 'stiffing' horses but rather that he's way too often a 'stiff' on horses. He does provide some nice comic relief however -- on those occasions where I don't have a bet down.

I tried to broker nothing. No one was ever interested in buying that horse.

That's true.
Lady Adelle runs the first week of SA. We'll try to make amends.

You're right he sucks. Please keep betting against him. We need the wins.

I'm always happy to see Rosario on a horse I like, I know the horse is going to get his/her max use and a good chance to win.

True, I have no idea what happened. But the owner implied that you did and that is what brought on the investigation according to reports.
From a Jack Shinar article at the Bloodhorse:
"Glenney said he complained to Del Mar steward Ingrid Fermin after he received a phone call from Vic Stauffer, Rosario's agent, the following day inquiring about whether Cedros was for sale."

Interesting how Steve Anderson wrote the Rosario cleared article on DRF and not you know who.
