What I want to know is what is his juice trainer giving him? It has been a while since I was around elderly people that did not have a lot of time left, I visited quite a few in rest homes. Every single one of them did not last long after they claimed to see dead people, I don't think a one of them made it a month. Biden has been seeing dead people for years. They haven't made a lot of inroads with Alzheimer patients and the like that have progressive dementia for whatever reason, most of the treatments are still considered experimental.
The apologists cannot explain this one away as he mentions François Mitterrand in the same breath as he talks of the German chancellor calling him Mr. President. I wonder if his hallucinating is tied to other drugs he is given
and not his advanced dementia. If I sat and counted I have probably known close to a dozen people that started seeing dead people in their final weeks of being at least semi coherent. I think my grandma that passed away 45 days short of 100 owns the record for seeing dead people. She was pretty sharp till she hit 97. Every time I visited her in the home I had just missed someone I knew was long gone. I just politely said I hope to catch them next time.

The thing is, Trump was probably being accurate...we all know Obama is calling the shots as Biden can barely open his eyes these days, let alone formulate policy decisions.

A lot of the stuff Trump does is on purpose. Even if you counted them all as gaffes Biden screws up 100x as much.
