Things are really getting out of control . . . if the cops are no longer permitted to shoot someone charging at them with a knife, how is a distraught person expected to commit suicide by cop???

The Philly cops aren't even able to taser people nor are allowed to use tear gas or rubber bullets.

I dunno Ralph, I watched TV westerns all my life, and they always just shot the guys in the hand and gun or knife flew away. Bad guy never even bled......I bet that's where he got it from - he sounds like a Gunsmoke kinda guy.
