It is a globalist scam, while some municipal fleet vehicles might be viable to use in light duty situations the costs are going to be absorbent. Right now there is only one country who can delver quantity's of battery's for such a scale China.

Coal powered electricity is on the way out.
Hydroelectric electricity (as we currently use it) is on the way out to save the fish.
Natural gas going to be taxed to pay for road equity.
Europe is in trouble because they started relying on wind and solar TOO much....
