Rudi Giuliani is a democrat in republican clothing.
He endorsed Mario Cuomo, a democrat, for governor of New York over George Pataki, a republican.
Therefore, democrats must be correct -- Giuliani is stupid -- because republicans know that democrats are stupid. 
Rudi must be a democrat. He uses Bill Clinton-like logic -- "the truth is not the truth".
...and Rudi Giuliani is correct -- the truth is not the truth... but it depends on what the meaning of the word "is" is.

More just observations of people getting called out for saying stupid stuff. Cuomo, Ocasio-whatever, Schumer, etc.

1. Why do you want me to remember it?
2. Isn't it the truth that 9/11 was a terrorist attack?
