How about Avenatti's answer when he was asked about his position that Russian interference was tantamount, to war, like putting 100,000 troops on the Canadian border? He suggested we take them to court

Avenatti has handled many high profile cases which did not involve porn.

Even the current case, while it does involve a person of low moral character does not involve porn. It also involves Stormy Daniels.
As far as Avenatti running for President, I don't think that will get very far. Although, if he runs as a Republican, he would be by far their best candidate.

Yes, the current case is about consensual sex. Avenatti is saying Cohen and private personTrump breached their contract with Stormy. If it is about sex and payment for sex Avenatti needs to go back to school, because contracts based on payments for sex are illegal and unenforceable, per public policy.

So what is the breach? Can't be based upon sex in exchange for money or something of value or a promise to give something of value.

I agree, Tucker has stooped to the level of Rachael Maddow or Anderson Cooper in this segment.

Agree. He's a phony. The world has truly changed when the President of The United States has unprotected sex while married with a porn star and playboy centerfold and it is just another news item. Tucker's point about the 1000.00 suits and taking advantage of his client is awful. This is what most lawyers do. They represent their clients and make tons of cash. Ask Roger Ailes. But at least his lawyer got him 40 million parting gift for taking advantage of women in his position as President of Fox News.

It seems when you talk porn on Fox News it's an issue they aren't comfortable with. That may be a good thing. Right wing voting Christians would never subject themselves too porn. Or as they probably call it pornO.

Tucker should stay where's he comfortable. Mocking many on the left who deserve what they get. Avenatti is sharper than Tucker and it showed. Tucker is usually laughing and mocking his liberal guest and often right to do so because he interviews people on the far far left. Avenatti got to him. Tucker raised his voice a few times when challenged. Pretty rare for him.

My understanding is Avenatti has been doing the representation PRO BONOr. The issue is not about sex but about confidentiality terms of the non-disclosure contract. Avenatti brought up things unrelated to the legal issues and has turned it political.
