I was asked what he's done that deserves being "kicked out of office". His mental and emotional state comes to mind first. The 25th amendment gets him kicked out as well as impeachment.

There is nothing wrong with is "mental state". He's not presidential enough for you, but that's where it ends. You never liked him, so nothing to see here.

This happened with political parties in British Columbia when a fellow, on the DAY AFTER he was elected, stated that he was changing to one of the other parties. The elections committee, sighting that there were then TWO candidates running essentially for the same party, then voided the election and required another as the report was that the switcher had defrauded all those who believed they were voting for a member of his old party.
He lost in the re-vote.
