Trump: "I won the popular vote if you deduct the millions of people who voted illegally,"
LOL. How many actual cases of illegal voting were found by the voter fraud commission instituted by the president.
saying that you would have won the popular vote if you deduct the illegal votes is simply not a fact.
Its a pretty stupid statement, I am sure you will agree.

between 3,000,000 and 5,000,000 illegal votes?
the vote was certified correct by the states. its in the books as a fact.
you cant spin that fact, Tom, try as you might.
and saying that was really stupid.

Essentially she is correct. While the 22nd amendment was not passed until two years after Roosevelt’dis death, the impetus for it was the fear by Republicans that he might run again.

I read recently when all this flared up that Roosevelt was grandfathered, so to speak, so that even if he had lived and the amendment was adopted, it would not have affected him.
Just as the goofy plan to circumvent the Electoral College shouldn't be allowed to happen (at all!) until there is no incumbent president.

No, actually,, the did EXACTLY what the constitution calls for - a legal amending to account for changing times. Something the democrats are too lazy or too crooked to do - they will try to usurp our rights through the courts or outright illegal laws, ie, gun control.
In order for them to pass the amendment, they had to get the support of many democrats, unlike 0bamacare, a 1 size fits 1 party deal!

The GOP did have that fear.
Only dead Democrats can get votes and win elections after they died.

At the time, it made sense for him to keep serving - extraordinary circumstances called for extraordinary leadership.
His role in the Allies was of paramount importance,
But now, I am all for 1 and done!

Democrat leadership think the whole country is blind and stupid not to understand their intentions. Allow millions of illegals and undocumented the right to vote and get rid of the electoral college. Why not ban all republicans voting rights while you're at it.
They're such a disgraceful band of crooks, and with morals of sewer rats.
