it is starting to look like NY broke Trump - he can't find anyone with a half a billion cash to help bond him.
if he starts selling NY assets, it will only start the commercial and residential rel estate crash, quickening the speed of NYC becoming 3rd world shithole.

So...here we have a "billionaire" ex-POTUS who is leading the polls for the next presidential election...and no bond company will accept his real estate as collateral...and no rich friend will come forth to lend him the cash that he so sorely needs. Strange. And I always thought that only the poor people had trouble borrowing money...

If you lend or help post bond, you become the NEW TARGET of a corrupt DOJ., better to just let NY crash and burn with all of their new illegal friends and all the money people leaving.

My thinking is different. I believe that:
A) Trump's financial situation isn't as "stable" as he makes it sound.
and,
B) The "smart money" says that he won't be the next president.
I think every rich person would love to have the POTUS owing him money.
