The good news for Chad is that no matter what ultimately happens in the legal and/or civil case he can always go to MTH. They don't seem to care much about anything.

That's a no on all three counts...I think.
I'm dumb though...so send me to school...teach me why they "MOST CERTAINLY MUST."

So basically people in general have a responsibility of what goes on outside of the “ workplace” in keeping a certain integrity. No he doesn’t directly work for NYRA ( that i know of ) but these companies aren’t going to harbor this type of behavior without some ramification to protect itself. In Harness Walter Case junior was banned from the sport for years because of attempted murder. This may seem like an extreme example but it’s not too far off. Anyway my stance on this is it wont materialize into anything and all charges will be dropped.

But you didn't get to the point, any point. With your knowledge of NY laws and racing do you think NYRA should suspend him?

Anyone mention this in the thread? I don't know that allegedly tossing someone down a set of stairs is part of the same thrill.
Erotic asphyxiation (variously called asphyxiophilia, hypoxyphilia or breath control play) is the intentional restriction of oxygen to the brain for the purposes of sexual arousal. The term autoerotic asphyxiation is used when the act is done by a person to themselves

The track needs to step up and make an example of him.. they are too worried about counting our hits than dealing with real issues on the race track.. I completely agree with you.

This tweet by Jacqueline Davis is the most relevant post on this thread and it was the information I was waiting for before even having an opinion.
If indeed this was an isolated incident, and true, Chad should pay a major penalty for violence against this woman. Unfortunately, unless the other woman he was in bed with or there where cameras, it may be hard to prove unless there is physical evidence.
BUT,
If this proves to be his behavior and there are past incidents as where implied in this tweet, he should be banned and go to jail. Maybe he can room with Harvey Weinstein.

I purposely didn’t get to that . It sort of is my point. You’re innocent until your day in court. He most likely will have to plea guilty to something (deal) . I doubt there will be a trial. You really shouldn’t do anything until he’s actually found guilty of something.
