Thing is a lot of people work in Manhattan but live in the other boroughs because Manhattan is a ridiculously expensive place to live.Contrary to popular opinion, not EVERYBODY is out of work-and it's a safe bet that the lower paying the job, the more likely you have to actually have to show up at your workplace.Tough to serve Whoppers or clean toilets by telecommute.
