The only one that peaked my interest is todays Santa Anita race....
The others are vague ...will you bet a horse just based on its jockey?
Maybe if it its his first time on the horse....
With SA , its based on a Dirt to Turf Angle ...but his last race was originally on
the Turf but taken off....does that qualify?
Anyway , Baze rides and is 0 for 5 with trainer....
HTR gives him a estimated odds of 10-1 , which I see about correct...
Most likely a pass.....

Actually Arrieta is riding first time this horse....in OP Race
He is 1 for 4 with trainer with a 2.75 ROI
But HTR gives him a 30-1 odds

Highest ROI is $3.10
Trainer/Jockey combo with this horse many times....
HTR gives him a 5/2 odds vs his 6-1 ML
My cappng has him not on/near lead
making him a pass....

Todays other race is a little difficult to get in HTR as it groups
ALW Races with Graded and Stakes races together
But chart below has the break-out....
To me trainer does better in limited winner races like this one...(NW1)
HTR gives him a 8-1 odds.....
I'll bet 5-1 and up...

SA 8th....
Whales got me again....
He was 8-1 while loading the gate , when I bet
Went off 9/2  ........Finished 4th
Anyway , I don't get horses trying to close while going to rail....
I rarely see a horse do that and I knew I was doomed after that

FG ran out....
OP won at $10....but it was his 4th try on OP Dirt/Route...
plays are too vague with how they present them....
maybe adding 2 or 3 scenarios will up its profit

In the OP Race , jock is on horse for 2nd time.....1st time he did run a nice
number...HTR gives odds at 15-1 ...about right
In SA Race.....Jock won on horse last out...Is angle still valid?
In this group , I see all about the same ...HTR gives him a 4-1 odds line
Only worry I see is hard win after 300+ days off...Bounce?

Would be interested in a win mutuel trend line for Fresu in that past year - thinking it would point downward. If I remember right, he came to the States around this time last year, and I'm pretty sure at that point he was "Antonio who?" for most with an accompanying dispassion for him at the betting windows. A few nice-priced winners and ...
