But making your family rich is not corruption, look at Harry Reid's family.

I can't think of equivalent examples off hand for these last two in the limited amount of time I want to spend on this topic.

Looking forward to hearing the replies. This is gonna be fun.

In the same way that Frank Sinatra being a mean rat didn't stop people from calling him a great singer.

That's true of a lot of people. Hell, even Hitler did some good things for his country. Of course, he was a scoundrel, a maniac, and evil, but other than that...

Maybe there is something to this thing about having a good moral compass.

Goodwin's Law rises again.

"As an online discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Hitler approaches 1";[2][3] that is, if an online discussion (regardless of topic or scope) goes on long enough, sooner or later someone will compare someone or something to Adolf Hitler or his deeds."

Some Trump supporters are hitting Bill Clinton hard on this, but I'm not. It doesn't bother me a whole lot that politicians have affairs outside their marriage.

Some might argue it proves they lie, but all politicians lie eventually. It's the policies and final results that matter.

It makes sense. Hitler is the benchmark by which the amount of evil in a person is measured.

As he put it in Mein Kampf: “The great masses of the people . . . more easily fall victim to a big lie than to a little one."
Sound familiar ?

It was all 0bam setting the trendline after a 2 year bad start. You can't easily stop a locomotive that has been picking up speed for 6 years
