R.I.P. Jaslyn Adams
Seven year old Jaslyn was shot to death in a McDonalds drive through. Two men exited another car and opened fire. Police think it was a gang shooting.
I hope they catch these guys. Illinois does not have the death penalty. Good! Let them rot for the rest of their lives.
Perhaps our resident Christian boxcar can forgive them. I won't.

In Illinois, the GANGS run the prisons...so, these guys will have little to worry about if they get arrested. They will rejoin their gang inside...and they will enjoy the protection that the gang provides, while also getting three free meals a day along with a free place to sleep, and free insurance coverage -- dental included -- for all their health concerns. Some of the law abiding citizens on the OUTSIDE should have it so good.
Did you know that the violent prisoners in the Illinois jails can get pizza delivered right to their own jail cells? I have a friend who works there, and he gives me all these little details...but I don't talk to him much because I don't want to make myself sick after hearing these things. There is a kitchen inside the prisons that supplies pizza delivery to the inmates, so they don't have to inconvenience themselves at meal time. 
Give me the death penalty ANY day...IMO. But do it in a TIMELY manner...not the way they do it now, where the death row inmates end up dying of old age.

In case you haven't been paying attention for the last 5 years in the Religious thread, boxcar's God is the most right wing,hateful,vengeful,unforgiving,burn in hell God that ever existed.

They should build a cell 2'x2', just big enough where they can't sit or lie down, lock the door and NEVER feed them again and let them starve to death. Have their insides turn to mush before their heart finally gives out. Come back a month later open the door let the body fall out while the next one watches and close it up again.

Maybe they should defund the Police and give some of the money saved to the
men that killed Jaslyn, so that they could buy bread.

Even minimum security prisons are no walk in the park.
I wonder if denial of conjugal visits would be considered cruel and unusual punishment.
