Trump put the final nail in the US coffin

So he can go suck it as far as I'm concerned.

He couldn't ease up...ever...even during an election year...even during a pandemic...he had to keep pushing...pushing....pushing....****ing idiot.

****ing moron.

Worthless "advisors"

Despite the OVERWHELMING amount of FORCE used against him for 4 years by the powers that be (opposition Dems, Never-Trumpers, and the MSM), he still had a great chance to win in November.

But no...he had to be Mr. Asshole, Mr. Dumbass, Mr. Macho, Mr. NeverGiveAnInch, Mr. NeverBePresidentialUntilItsTooLate.

All he had to do was give just a LITTLE BIT, and he would have won.

And now it's going to be just like the last four years never happened.

Hillary might as well have won in 2016 as far as I'm concerned. Because now she and her wing and the far-left wing are going to be running the show from here on out...with the house and pretty much the Senate in their pockets.

So really, what did Trump accomplish that can't be overturned by Biden/Harris/Clinton/Obama?

The Supreme Court? Who cares. The justices never blow the way you think they will anyway...so does it even really matter?

Hillary actually won in 2016. It just took four years to get here...**** Trump.

Sorry you're not used to people speaking their mind, even if it goes against your preconceived notions of them.

I know that doesn't happen much in your world, so you might want to sit down and catch a breather. We don't want you to hurt yourself.

What should he have given?

Trump won the election by a landslide. I will never think differently. He could have hidden in his White House office for the full year, and the 'fixed' election results would still have been the same. The 2016 election simply taught them not to take anything for granted...we all know that they did.

He created an economic environment where even a middle class work a day guy like me could make a pretty fair sum in the market to where I'm comfortably semi retired. If I want to quit, I can. Anytime

Couldn't do that the prior 8 years.

An even greater accomplishment for Trump is he created an economic environment to where minorities saw lowest unemployment levels in our nation's history. Minorities wages also saw record peaks, and this was done at no detriment to the so called majority

If the election was stolen, we'll respond by regaining the house (and senate). If Biden truly won the election (fat chance) then the nation got what it deserves

Trump did a great job with the economy. It wasn't long go when that meant something

Yeah, but that isn't coming back under Biden/Harris/Clinton/Obama...precisely my point.

All because he really had no clue when to reign it in and switch gears.

Mitch thinks he has the upper hand holding impeachment over Trump’s head but he just strapped on a suicide vest and detonated it.

You may be right, but he has been riding the tiger (trump) for 4 years now. Trump just cost him his job as majority leader and he thinks he has more to gain by turning on trump. I don't like Mitch (I'm a democrat) but he has out foxed dems at almost every turn.

Trump showed what was possible in 3 years and whet the appetite for more. If we can somehow have a reasonably fair election in 4 years, there will be widescale buyer’s remorse and I could see Pompeo, Cruz or Jim Jordan picking up where Trump left off. But that’s a big “if”.

As president, Trump did the hard part, get the economy going full steam. But he couldn't/wouldn't do the easy part, act presidential. All he had to do was smile and wave(and maybe stop drinking so much that he looked orange) but he continued to upset people for no apparent reason. Here's an example:

In July 2019 Trumped tweeted: “So interesting to see 'progressive' Democrat congresswomen, who originally came from countries whose governments are a complete and total catastrophe, the worst, most corrupt and inept anywhere in the world (if they even have a functioning government at all), now loudly and viciously telling the people of the United States, the greatest and most powerful nation on earth, how our government is to be run.”

This was referring to the four black/Hispanic female quartet known as The Squad - four female U.S. Representatives to congress.

Margie, I admire your doggedness, but did he win by a landslide? Really?

"Our ruling
In a speech to his supporters on a violent day in Washington, Trump said he won the 2020 election "in a landslide."

That’s ridiculously wrong. He didn’t win at all, let alone in a landslide.

Biden won the presidential election with 306 electoral votes, to Trump’s 232. All 50 states and the District of Columbia have certified their votes, which Congress will formally tally before Biden’s inauguration.

None of the 62 lawsuits that Trump and his allies filed after Election Day has proved that voter fraud affected the election outcome. Federal agencies and state election officials have repeatedly said there is no evidence of widespread fraud.

Trump’s claim is Pants on Fire!"

I agree

Trump won the election until the bullshit mail in votes were counted.

Turn off your tv at 1 a.m. and you think Trump wins

But did he?

https://ctmirror.org/2021/01/17/dona...omy-for-years/

"One of President Donald Trump’s lesser known but profoundly damaging legacies will be the explosive rise in the national debt that occurred on his watch. The financial burden that he’s inflicted on our government will wreak havoc for decades, saddling our kids and grandkids with debt.

The national debt has risen by almost $7.8 trillion during Trump’s time in office. That’s nearly twice as much as what Americans owe on student loans, car loans, credit cards and every other type of debt other than mortgages, combined, according to data from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. It amounts to about $23,500 in new federal debt for every person in the country.

The growth in the annual deficit under Trump ranks as the third-biggest increase, relative to the size of the economy, of any U.S. presidential administration, according to a calculation by a leading Washington budget maven, Eugene Steuerle, co-founder of the Urban-Brookings Tax Policy Center. And unlike George W. Bush and Abraham Lincoln, who oversaw the larger relative increases in deficits, Trump did not launch two foreign conflicts or have to pay for a civil war."

Like his casino business he fought like hell to charge toward bankruptcy with taxpayer money.
