I think you just find it interesting that Pletcher has enough pull to decide what year and time of year He wants to serve his suspension and that he is going to the supremes claiming discrimination against Super Trainers!LOL!!
Next he will claim the detention barns equal torture and that Bush fooled Team Valor (see pix on TV website!).
Excuses so far:
1) Others get away with it
2) Not very high numbers on violation
3) Unidentified source of drugs (the hay?)
4) Depends on what the definition of "administer" is (from court transcript)
5) Irwin thinks I'm innocent
6) I have a good record (except at least in Florida!)
7) I just gave a bunch of stallion seasons to 150 charities
