Maybe they just a Yen to get in on some of that Global Dough before the World wakes up. Now it could be a little hotter in Japan special around Fukushima, but over all the globes been hotter and cooler and will pass thru those cycles again. So to think we have any impact long term on climate is laughable.

2014 was nominally the warmest year on record for both the globe and northern hemisphere based on historical records spanning the past one and a half centuries1,2. It was the latest in a recent run of record temperatures spanning the past decade and a half. Quantitative analysis of scientific conspiracies

Recently British researcher David Robert Grimes published an interesting study wherein he attempted to quantify the likelihood that a scientific conspiracy involving a given number of people will persist more than a given length of time. One key parameter for his probabilistic model was the chances of a single individual revealing a conspiracy within a single year. For this he took three genuine conspiracies, including the Prism project revealed by Edward Snowden, as a baseline.
