Something fishy in Tampa Bay?

Someone answer me this riddle-How can a trainer who was 1/43(2%) going in to yesterdays card at TB and enter 3 and win with all 3?
Thats what exactly trainer Rory Barron did He won the 1st 5th and 10th-$4 $23 and $67.60
Did overnite he become a better trainer? Did he read a book? All of his horses got a good nites rest and woke up feeling like running?
Just asking............................................ ..

Left me scratching my head

I can tell you in one word: Randomness.

He is a life time 10% winner, you should expect 10% winners to have both 1/43 cold streaks and 3 consecutive winners. In fact, right now his Tampa win % is back within spitting distance of his lifetime win %.

Was it his birthday yesterday? Though, the argument for that bomb in the last race - that horse was bred for the turf more than any other entry in the field.

Spot on. A horseplayer friend of mine is a big believer in trainer streaks, and often considers a barn to be "good now" or "heating up" when a few of their horses start hitting the board or winning in short spurts. Although I feel that it's tough to automatically christen a trainer as "hot" after running in the money a few times, it seems to work better at the smaller tracks where smaller stables cycle in and out more often than their compatriots in the major circuits.

My reason why

I just love the week end as we can get into some nice threads.
In the 10th at Tampa yesterday, I picked Moon Over Parador
because I first noticed the horse had good pace figures. The
high odds I figured because the crowd did not like a horse that
has never ran on grass and the trainer had poor figures for
1st on Turf.
But if you look at his last race he gained 3L on the turn and
3 1/2L on the final stretch. You may not believe in less lbs
helping a horse but he was 4 lbs less weight than his winning
race at Tampa on Dec 23rd which he won by 3 3/4L.
Good trainer poor trainer does not matter to me when I see a
horse like this with good pace figures and good races. The
crowd was afraid of him for no good reason.
I said to myself as I looked out my window at my palm tree,
" You don't have to put bells on his heels to know that when
this horse hits the track he is just gonna flat get with it."
He was 5th at the stretch and passed them all up flying.
This scenario gets repeated at every track so I don't think it
is a fishy day at Tampa.
