Topgun, I don't have one to sell. I've got it on my computer when I tried it before. Now I'm thinking I tried to do too many things with it. To make it work I need a dongle usb device, so thght I might buy one if I could get a really good price. Luck to you in your quest for it.

Pizzola
Mike gave out the winner of the Lexington at keenland today. He said in his video that he thought the race was going to be won by a closer. He gave out the 9 horse and said he would like to get 15-1. The horse went off at 18-1 and paid $38.40. Nice job Mike

It was because I have customized settings and I personally have eliminated any 5F race from consideration as a paceline. For me 5F races give a lot of wonky numbers.

Like I said, it has a huge learning curve, half the battle is to get past who is most likely to win and start thinking about who has a better chances of winning than their odds reflect. I think you did not stick with it long enough, I have said that I lost money hand over fist the first year I had the software. The software never changed, just the USER learned some hard lessons lol!
This is the one benefit to paying the amount of money Valuecapper costs, it is not very easy to justify quitting using it after a few months and move on to the next best thing , Im sure with practice you would be as good as or better than I. Many, many of the guys on the Valuecapper forum are way better than me.
Best,
Matt

And I still have losing streaks that are unbelievably long, Fight can attest to that, think I went 7 or 8 days without a winner before last week! Its a tough tough game, but I love it so!!!

I agree with everything you said in last 2 posts. when looking for Value losing streaks do occur.
Thanks for your invaluable input.

mhaney, I was just watching Pizzolla's Valucapping video. He said even
though it picked some longshots that the $9.00 horses were bread and butter. Do you ever use those low price overlays or just go for the long ones? Thanks.

Hi Lefty,
Never bet anything below 5-1 for the win, I will use a 7/2 horse in the exotics on the rare occasions I play those if I believe something 10-1 or better has a chance of hitting the board.
This is just personal preference to me, I just wont bet any horse, even Secretariat below 5-1 odds any more because so many things can go wrong in a horse race and only one thing can go right!

Thanks. I agree. I don't like to bet under 4-1 myself.

the problem i had with valuecapper, was the fact i was restricted to flat bet wagering. with a low win percentage so there is was no momentum of winning.
i could never justify the expense for the return i was getting from the combined costs of the software and datafiles.
exotic wagering with very long losing streaks requires a very large bankroll. even if you win 22 percent of the time you have losing run-outs of 35 occasionally.
