I had a 5 Dimes account and often played some horses through it, just ones that I really liked. Never anything big but it was nice to get a little better rebate when the situation is right.
About their post times....all I can say is that they watch them closely. Tried to past post them one time when a track moved up their post times, did it more out of curiosity than trying to make a big score, think I only bet $10. They caught it and cancelled my wager.
They were a good off shore account, even had a free Texas hold-em tourney every Sunday night with a $500 pot.
Like most off shore books though they were a pain in the ass to try and get money out of. Not a lot of money either, usually no more than $500 or so. They always eventually paid and did eventually pay my remaining balance when they closed to U.S. based accounts. Had to set up a bitcoin account (Coinbase) to get the balance. The $120 I had left is worth over $600 now.
