This is a rare time that I've actually seen a reporter or interviewer push back on a ridiculous statement. Usually, they (MSM, including FOX, WH press) just move on to the next question and let the person's ridiculous or even lying statement hang.

Real answer?
Nope.
1) good luck pinning that on Trump directly, whatever the hell that is in the first place
2) not a crime to ask...and good luck figuring out what "find" means
3) didn't they settle that in a civil suit? not a crime
4) everybody does that...not a crime
5) good luck proving that one
6) nobody ever gets arrested for that...ask Sandy Berger & Hillary Clinton

And by the way...how does one get away with "overvaluing an asset" when looking for a loan?
Ever buy a house or go for a home equity loan? Does the bank just let YOU tell THEM what the house is worth? Or does the bank do its own APPRAISAL?
Yeah, I thought so.
What is this bullshit?

most of the time you just have to pay off the banker. it happened plenty of times in the late 1980's. that's how the banks became involvement and the government came in on Friday afternoons to close them up. the taxpayers had to make up for the defficiency. that was the savings and loan crisis. i could buy a house for $70k and borrow $170,00 from a savings and loan, collect the rents and run the building into the ground and never make a payment to the bank or real estate taxes. the bank would not foreclose because they would have to take the assets off their books and would not be able to borrow the money from the government to get involved in the fractional banking system. the ones that got burnt were the towns and cities that were unable to collect their real estate taxes. at the end the owner just walked away from the property and was not responsible for the loan. today its different since the new laws put in this century where you are still responsible for the money you owe to the bank even if you declare bankruptcy.
if Trump had done what he did back then today, he would have already been placed in the can. what he did back then was only sleazy, but not criminal. they are going after him now for this with today's laws that didn't exist when he did it and he wasn't the only one pulling these moves off. that is why the New York case is a waste of time and just pulling at straws.

No reason to respond to someone like Cliffy who knows nothing about what he speaks, I doubt he knows anything about how taxes work above a simple 1040 form. He just knows to keep saying the rich and corporations don't pay their fair share.

Mosty is a laugh a minute. He voted for the guy that runs Illinois, who went so far as to take toilets out of a multi-million dollar property to get it to “uninhabitable” status, thus saving money on his property taxes.

Nothing is funnier or maybe it is pathetic when they go around a college campus and ask white students about voter suppression including voter I.D. laws, then they turn around and tell the black students what the white students said. Nothing is dumber than a white liberal talking about what black people face that don't interact much with them. I live in a county that is 1/3 black, what I experience is wildly different than what the liberal mainstream media sells. Most of my county is rural, and the surrounding country side isn't
full of confederate flags, and other racist symbols, they are very rare.
What you see on the liberal mainstream media about areas where I live is nothing but a fabrication selling a narrative.
