Xpressbet: 3 weeks NO CHECK

I requested a check by mail and i've been waiting almost 3 weeks. They say after 3 i can have a new check issued. Anyone having this problem.

SENT A CHECK IN FOR Deposit --AND DIDNT GET CREDITED for 2 weeks--they told me hardly anyone in office (no staff)

I used to consider Xpressbet a notch above a couple of other ADWs when it comes to customer service, but then a few years ago I ran into a snag calling in to update my address after an "in-state" move. For a security question, the service representative asked me the zip code of an apartment I had rented while living in South Dakota. The only problem was it had been 19 years and 13 moves since I lived there. It didn't help the service rep laughed when I got PO'ed about it.

Needless to say, I immediately CLOSED my account.

If you have a checking account, why don't you set up an Xpressfund ACH ?

I have several ADW and the are the worst-I dropped them a while ago and can’t be happier- absolutely no customer service skills- could care less about their customers

This thread was surprising news for me gents. I personally have not had any issues with Xpressbet.... YET. But I have not needed them for any customer service issues.... YET. I do have two other ADW accounts, but have been using Xpressbet almost exclusively for the past three or four years. Based on what I have read here, it may be time for me to start migrating over to my other ADW accounts.
