Pence and Barr have proven they have at least a modicum of decency and fair play. Trump continues to reach new lows.

An error on my part. The co-conspirators have not been charged, yet. They may be flipping.

So without a scamdemic to hind shady ballot schemes behind... the Democrats are running election interference using the DOJ to Pollock criminal charge and digging up statutes from 1789 to bring charges that would not hold a grain of salt anywhere but Liberal shitholes like DC.

But this Trump guy is Joe's dream candidate... the one he can beat fair and square. Right and I have a bridge to sell you in Brooklyn.

Trump had freedom of speech to say whatever he wanted on Truth Social, at any rally or TV and even despite 60 adverse court cases agaisnt him including the Supreme Court to spout any line he wanted to.

The problem is the first amendment while it protects free speech, even liars, the first amendent is NOT freedom of Action, and that's the line Trump crossed.

He went past his freedom to tell lies, and decided to take action and conspire to change the certified state elector votes. This is probably the main thing he is going down for. That conspiracy went on even AFTER all the states certified, and AFTER all his court case appeals had been lost. He continued to the point of conspiratorial "action."

The false elector scheme exceuted at Trump's request, the intimidation of his own vice president to break the law despite Pence's own solicited opinion from conservative Judge Lutig, approval by Trump of Navarro's discussion to conduct the Green Bay sweep to run around the certified vote, the installation of Clark as Attorney General to execute his own personal agenda to maintain his own power, Trump's admission to some advisors that he lost the election, but was pursing this course, plus the solicitation of the Georgia Secy of State to find enough votes for him to be the winner. These are Actions, and Conspiracies with Eastman, Chesebro, Giuliani, Clark, Powell, Navarro, and others to try and overturn a 50 state certified election. His own attorney general Barr told him to not go down this path, but he chose to anyway.

Free speech also does not allow intimidation of someone else to commit a self-serving crime. Free speech does not allow conspiriacies to be "put into action" to overthrow the government and to appoint yourself winner. And freedom of speech while allowed isn't a defense for obstruction of justice.

None of the cases made into open court.. no Judge ruled on the merits of the case... the Supreme Court dismissed as there is no remedy in the Constitution to redress a stolen presidency. But there has been plenty of cases ruled on after the fact regarding rules changed on ballots and finding invalid votes... but all after the fact and with no Constitutional remedy. Other then vote... and the Democrats Deepstaters are using everything legal or not to interfere with democracy and our freedom of choice.

Addtionally, freedom of speech is not limitless.

"As the Supreme Court held in Brandenburg v. Ohio (1969), the government may forbid “incitement”—speech “directed at inciting or producing imminent lawless action” and “likely to incite or produce such action” (such as a speech to a mob urging it to attack a nearby building). "

"Personalized threats of illegal conduct, such as death threats, may also be punished."

"Defamatory lies (which are called “libel” if written and “slander” if spoken), lying under oath, and fraud may also be punished."

"Schenck v. United States, legal case in which the U.S. Supreme Court ruled on March 3, 1919, that the freedom of speech protection afforded in the U.S. Constitution’s First Amendment could be restricted if the words spoken or printed represented to society a “clear and present danger.”

He never urged anyone to attack a building. Even the most biased court in the land couldn't uphold that.

If the case is so good, why do you and others continue to lie?

And there is no clear and present danger...except from so-called Democrats

Sec, blah blah blah.
A lot of prople told him it was not rigged, but others yold him it was.
He gets to believe what he wanted to. Funny how you use Pwell as knowing
the truth, but he was a liar about WMD.

And he did nt try to overthrow the election, he wanted to send it back to states that changed the rules omn the fly, bypassing legislatutes. He wanted the results to be verified by elected officials, as was a legal option.

It is well known the left wants to alloow only permitted speech, and they even silenced real news to rig the very election we are talking about.

Bottom line, the only harm to anyone fro all of Trump's actions is that a senile, criminal degenerate was sworn in and has destroyed this coubtry.

100% bogus, just like the faux impeachmentss.
Welcome to N Korea II. And YOU own it.

Hogwash.

This had nothing to do with the Democrats.

These election cases were brought by Republicans and in many of these cases were decided by Trump nominated judges, and the Supreme Court of the United States had just appointed THREE Trump judges and had a strong conservative majority and they saw no merits in appealing any of the lower court rulings.

Here's one Trump nominated federal judge who tried one of his Trump's bogus election cases:

https://www.voanews.com/a/2020-usa-v...n/6199079.html

"Federal judge Stephanos Bibas pulled no punches when he issued a scathing opinion last Saturday rejecting the Trump campaign’s latest attempt to overturn the outcome of the November 3 presidential election.

“Charges of unfairness are serious. But calling an election unfair does not make it so,” Bibas wrote in a 21-page ruling dismissing a lawsuit that sought to stop the certification of Pennsylvania's voting results. “Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here.”

"Bibas, 51, is not just another judge on another court. He is a Trump appointee on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit, with jurisdiction over Pennsylvania and two other states. A former member of the conservative Federalist Society, Bibas was appointed in 2017, one of 53 appellate judges the president has put on the federal bench since he took office, more than any other president since Jimmy Carter.

Bibas is not the only Republican-appointed federal judge to dismiss Trump’s claims of rampant voting fraud and tabulation irregularities. Steven Grimberg of the Northern District of Georgia and several other Republican-appointed judges, have ruled against the president."

https://www.reuters.com/article/us-u...-idUSKBN2B01LE

The above should have been the end of it, and if it had been, Trump would not be facing any indictment or appearance tomorrow.

Democrats started this ball rolling with Gore v Bush.

They've ratcheted it up ever since...and are now seeking to imprison their political rivals on bogus charges.

Fun times.

Welcome to AMERIKA

... blah, blah, blah is about the only thing that made sense to me.

Sure he can beleive what he wants. Charles Manson can beleive what he wants. It doesn't make his "Actions" legal. The states had already certified the election. His beleifs led him to conspire and take "action." C'mon Tom be honest, the only reason he conspired to send the votes back to the states legislatures was so he could win as there were a majority of Republican legislatures. To quote one of Trump's lawyers Herschmann said about this “are you out of your effing mind”. At least with Raffensburger he tried to do it before the states certified.

"As of December 11, 2020, all 50 states and the District of Columbia had certified their 2020 general election results."

Tom, you may be surprised, but I am actually hoping Republicans keep backing Trump for the primary, because it helps Democrats in the next election. I really want him to run on this record and continue to defend his actions through this.
