Do the facts back this up? Were there more breakdowns on the inner? If so, was it because of the track itself, or was it because the inner is running cheaper horses than other times at NYRA?

I don't play AQU often but I remember speed sticking like glue on the inner track. Does anyone have an opinion if that will change or not ? Could be more so because of the temperatures in the winter than the track itself ?
