This is not the religious thread. Any proof bunky?
BTW, laws require judges to be administered. Yes there are many circumstances that may apply to each crime. Judges play many roles. They interpret the law, assess the evidence presented, and control how hearings and trials unfold in their courtrooms.
Most important of all, judges are impartial decision-makers in the pursuit of justice. This is not biblical black/white, good versus evil. Nor communists nor sharia laws taking over our courts

It was well, known knowledge and the statue that applied to Clinton was even posted somewhere on this forum. Everyone knows the DOJ and the FBI used your "1,000 shades of color" to avoid indicting her. I'm sure they found a "circumstance" that was not explicitly specified in the law. This is the way muddled-headed liberals think.
And judges are not nearly as impartial as you think. Why do you think liberals shop around to find a sympathetic, comrade judge before filing suits against the opposition party?

All speculation and no facts or reality
Btw, there is another communist controlled emoluments clause lawsuit proceeding.
Trump is already facing a separate emoluments suit filed by the attorneys general of Washington, D.C. and Maryland that is moving forward.
And gee whiz them stinkin' commies are also.
In addition, he is contending with the ongoing special counsel investigation into Russian interference, a lawsuit from the New York Attorney General that alleged “persistently illegal conduct” at his charitable foundation and a defamation lawsuit brought by former “Apprentice” contestant Summer Zervos.
FYI, communism is pretty much dead. Fascism appears to be alive and well in Chumpy's administration and among his toadies

Yes in 10 days we'll be smiling at new SCJ, in 38 days we'll be laughing...

This is what liberals do. They find like-minded jurists and file lawsuits because they know their comrades will never follow the letter of the law. They know how to color the law a 1,001 shades.
And communism is a live and well. Socialism is communism-lite. Why do you think so many American communists vote for their dimwit comrades?
And, yeah, everyone does know what the controlling statue was and how it reads. I'm not going to do any homework for the willfully ignorant. (Yeah, that would be you, Humpty.)

Btw, liberals also have better arguments than you.
You never apologized for your total;ly wrong insanity about how the FBI could not and would not investigate new allegations about Kavanaugh.
Why not bunky?

Apologize to whom? The commander-in-chief ordered it, which he is empowered to do. He's playing the dimwits like a fiddle.
Do you know what the definition of "insanity" is? So, the 7th time of doing the same ol', same ol' on Mr. K is going to produce different results than the first six, especially when they have only 7 days to come up with something?

They will now that TRUMP has asked them to.
Prior to that, they said the case was closed.
Your facts have more twists in them than a pretzel.

To me. You argued bull over and over again. Wrong each and every time and are not man enough to admit it. You said Chumpy would not and could not order it.

Need I remind you Chumpy's sdupporters only represenrt5 a small portion of American voters. Dweindling away faster and faster. You posted a one time poll showing his approval was re-markedly stable. Then with a different poll
Lasted for a few days. 538 has a spread of over 10 points right now under water

I always maintained that the CEO of the Nation has the authority to order another FBI investigation (which when it comes right down to brass tacks will end be nothing more than another glorified background check). But without his order, nothing would or could happen legally.
Now...apologize to me for being wrong, which you always are anyway.
