I gave Judge Bret Kavanaugh a 50 50 chance for conformation, upping that percentage.

Study up on False Memory Syndrome.

If you are implying that Dr. Ford has a false memory which was triggered by her therapy sessions, that is incorrect. Dr. Ford did talk about the alleged rape attempt during her sessions, but it was not something she first remembered then. She had told a few friends previously and had told her husband that she had been assaulted prior to their marriage.

It is much more likely that Kavanaugh does not remember the events of that evening because he was black out drunk.

What is the excuse for the other three who say it did not happen?

Where did I say it was triggered by her therapy sessions?
False Memory Syndrome is very real, especially for a memory gap of 36 years.
The human brain doesn't work like a video recorder.
It decays, constructs, and substitutes memories.
That is just the way we are.
False Memory Syndrome is a very likely possibility for both testimonies.

Maybe if there is something wrong with you, most recall everything in a lifetime.

Ridiculous, as is almost everything you post. I'm sure you are basing your opinion on the fact that she could not remember how she got home, or exactly where or when the party was. As was pointed out several times at the hearing, that is a common occurrence after a traumatic experience.

I got skunked out of my gord twice in my life when I was pretty young. Went out partying both times and had every intention of getting smashed. After each time, I could remember very little about how I got home, who took me home, about a fight that broke out at one party and even about a fight I got into in a restaurant with some stranger, etc. Virtually everything was a blank the next morning.

Well thank you for proving my point that Kavanaugh cannot say this did not happen just because he doesn't remember it.

So, yes, False Memory Syndrome is real, as is No Memory at all! And Ford may well be a victim of the former. However, I'm even suspicious about that since she scrubbed her identity off all her social media on the internet, so this tells me she's hiding something. And what she's likely hiding is her leftist political activism, which would have destroyed any chance that she'd be considered credible if her background was discovered.
You don't supposed the reason she did that was because she was receiving death threats and vile messages from rightwing scum. No, of course you don't.

Of course she has contributed the incredible total of $80.20 to three different candidates. She's the new George Soros.

It story goes like this....I bet you don’t remember the night you molested me at that party we were at 36 years ago because YOU were black out drunk at the time, do you...luckily, I remember...RIDICULOUS.

No no Caroline, you're obviously confused. Hours and hours of a jurist acting like a desperate wild-eyed wacko was obviously a huge positive for him
