She stated it most inartfully so that few got that context.
In the larger context, she was running for Obama's 3rd term. And Obama said many years ago that his goal was to insure no one ever built another coal-fired power plant in this country and to make energy prices sky-rocket. That was the context in which the white, blue-collar voters heard it.
A good campaigner understands her audience.

Everything the big city's needs is trucked into them, be real careful of who you want to make others subservient to your way of thinking. All that you and I post now means nothing, what was is soon to be part of the past. The only real question that you have to be honest with yourself is how many Supreme Court Justices will President Donald J. Trump put on the high court.
