All passed by Congress. Look it up.- TRUMP also withheld military aid from Ukraine.
- TRUMP withheld disaster relief from Puerto Rico.
- TRUMP withheld medical aid money for 9/11 first responders.
- TRUMP withheld money designated for the World Health Organization.

The educational system in Canada must be abysmal. Almost nothing is as you say. There is no whistleblower or watchdog.
No plans to impeach Biden for nothing. Besides, only the House can impeach and even Republicans in the House know there is no ground for impeachment.
As far as freezing the aid, it’s a temporary hold because Russia has reversed its military buildup near Ukraine. Also, the temporary hold was suggested by NSC, the same agency that called for the aid in the first place. It can quickly be sent if needed.
